1. What is the minimum order quantity for the store?
This store offers wholesale prices for purchases of 100 yuan or more, or for purchases of 10 items or 5 items of a single style.Mixed orders are possible (as long as the total amount or total quantity reaches 10 pieces, there is no limit on the quantity of each item, and you can choose the colors and specifications)
2. Regarding product prices and free shipping
Our store operates on a low-profit, high-volume basis, and prices are non-negotiable. Shipping is not included (unless there is an official promotion). All prices listed on the website are wholesale prices. We also offer three different price tiers based on the quantity you order.Please don't waste your time haggling over prices. We guarantee quantity and quality, which is more cost-effective than anything else.
3. Regarding out-of-stock items
We believe that since you have come to our store and spent a lot of time and effort selecting the products you like, placing an order, and making a payment, we must provide you with a very pleasant shopping experience. To avoid out-of-stock situations that could cause you an unpleasant shopping experience, our company now has three warehouses stocking inventory. We are doing our best to ensure a stable supply of goods. As the saying goes, "You never know what will happen," and since we are dealing in wholesale, the daily volume of shipments is very large. We cannot guarantee 100% that we will have the goods when you place your order. 4. Regarding shipping costs = there are two types (logistics costs and express delivery costs)
1. Logistics costs
Dear friends, if you find the express delivery fee expensive, you can choose to use logistics. When the goods arrive at the destination, the logistics company will notify you to bring the recipient's ID card to pick up the goods. You will pay the shipping fee to the logistics company when you pick up the goods. Due to the different charging standards of each logistics company, distance from the destination, and the need for transit in some areas, we cannot give you an exact figure. The final cost is subject to the actual charges by the logistics company.
2. Shipping costs
Shipping fees are charged based on weight. For your convenience in placing orders, we have set the product weights and shipping charges in our system. The fee displayed when you place an order is the actual shipping cost. Each courier company we work with is different, and their charging standards are also different, so please don't always complain about the low shipping fees elsewhere and the high charges here.
5. Regarding Shipping
All orders that have been paid for will be shipped within 48 hours, possibly the same day or tomorrow, but no later than 2 days. Due to the high volume of shipments daily, orders will be shipped in the order they were received. We hope for your understanding! (During promotional periods with high order volumes, shipping times may be adjusted, and there will usually be an announcement. Please consult customer service for details. Unless there are special circumstances, all orders will be shipped on time.)
6. Regarding the receipt of express delivery and logistics
The goods must be signed for by the recipient personally. Please inspect the outer packaging for any damage, shortages, or signs of being opened. If any of the above conditions are found, you may refuse to accept the delivery. Please contact our customer service staff immediately, and we will address the issue as soon as possible until you are satisfied. Otherwise, you will be responsible for the consequences.
7. Regarding color difference

Customers who wish to pick up their goods in person must select and order items on the website and make payment. The warehouse will notify the customer to pick up the goods once they are ready, and on-site selection is not accepted.
Return and Exchange Policy

Please help us pay the shipping fee in advance. 2. The following situations do not qualify for returns or exchanges:

2. Defects caused by human error, product color differences, slow logistics, and poor service attitude of the logistics company.
3. Issues based on the buyer's subjective judgment (e.g., disliking the product, it's not what I imagined, it's different from other brands, the material doesn't meet expectations, the feel is unpleasant, it looks low-quality, etc.)
4. I don't want to sell it anymore, it's hard to sell, I can't sell it, I got caught by the urban management, and I can't sell it anymore, etc.

All after-sales issues must be reported to our customer service staff within three days of receiving the goods (based on the time the goods were signed for). Please provide the purchase order number when applying for after-sales service. One order can only be processed for after-sales service once.
